How hiring works

Your team grows as you need it. You don't unlock everything on day one — you hire agents when the function becomes relevant to your business.

Your Chief of Staff is always there. They coordinate across the team, route requests to the right agent, and give you a single place to ask anything.

The progressive model

Start with one agent. Add more as your needs grow. Each agent you hire gets access to your BRM and can see the relationships relevant to their function.

You're not buying seats. You're building a team.

Hiring your first agent (3 steps)

1. Meet the agent

Each agent has a profile — their role, what they handle, and what Skills they come with by default. Read it. Make sure it's the right hire.

2. Configure

Set their focus areas, connect their first Skill, and tell them anything specific about how your business works. Takes 2 minutes.

3. Welcome them

Your agent is live. Send them their first task or let them introduce themselves. Either works.

Activating a module

Each agent has optional modules — focused capabilities you can turn on as needed. Activating a module gives the agent a new set of Skills and behaviors for that area. Think of it like expanding someone's job description.
