Connect Telegram
Create a Telegram bot and connect it to your AI agent. This takes about 3 minutes.

Open BotFather on Telegram
BotFather is Telegram's official bot for creating new bots. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather, or click the link to go directly.

Create a new bot
Send the command
/newbot to BotFather. It will ask you for a name and username for your bot.3
Name your bot
Follow BotFather's prompts:
- Bot name: This can be anything (e.g., "My AI Assistant")
- Username: Must end in "bot" (e.g., "myaiassistant_bot")

Copy the bot token
After you create your bot, BotFather will send you a long token that looks like this:

Copy this token. You'll need it in step 6.

Get your User ID
Open @userinfobot on Telegram and send the command
/start. The bot will reply with your User ID (a number like 123456789). Copy this too.6
Paste both into AI Team OS onboarding
Go back to the AI Team OS onboarding page. Paste your bot token and User ID into the form. Click continue, and you're done! Your AI agent will now respond to messages in Telegram.
You're all set!
Once you've completed these steps, your AI agent will be connected to Telegram. Open your bot, send /start, and start chatting!
