
Agent Not Responding?
What to do if your AI agent stops responding. Quick fixes and how to get help.
Follow these steps to get your AI agent back online. Most issues resolve in a few minutes.
Step 1: Check Telegram
Send a message to your bot and wait 30 seconds. Sometimes your agent just needs a moment to respond, especially if it's processing a complex request or the server is under load.
Try sending a simple message like hello or /start to see if it responds.
Step 2: Restart via Dashboard
Go to your AI Team OS dashboard, find your deployment, and click Restart.

Step 3: Contact Support
If restarting doesn't help (or if the restart feature isn't available yet), reach out to our support team:

Include a brief description of the issue and when it started. We'll respond as quickly as possible.
Step 4: What we do
Our team will:
- SSH into your server
- Check Docker logs for errors
- Restart services if needed
- Get you back online
Usually takes less than 30 minutes.
💡 Pro Tip
Most downtime happens during server updates or when OpenAI/Anthropic APIs are experiencing issues. If your agent isn't responding, check OpenAI Status or Anthropic Status to see if there are any known issues.
