
Agent Not Responding?
Follow these steps to get your AI agent back online. Most issues resolve in a few minutes.
Check Telegram
Send a message to your bot and wait 30 seconds. Sometimes your agent just needs a moment to respond, especially if it's processing a complex request or the server is under load.
Try sending a simple message like hello or /start to see if it responds.
Restart via Dashboard
Go to your AI Team OS dashboard, find your deployment, and click Restart.

💡 Pro Tip
Most downtime happens during server updates or when OpenAI/Anthropic APIs are experiencing issues. If your agent isn't responding, check OpenAI Status or Anthropic Status to see if there are any known issues.
